This website has been designed with several purposes in mind. It is an efficient way to have up to date information available to interested parties. It reduces our mailing and photocopying costs in meeting statutory distribution requirements. It provides realtors and potential buyers essential information about us.

About Boulderwood Rise
Strata Corporation VIS3990 is a 33-unit complex composed of 24 condominium apartment units and nine townhouse units. The townhouses are units 6 through 14 at 942 Boulderwood Rise. The apartments are at 940 Boulderwood Rise.
In 2008 the Strata Corporation, by a ¾ vote, elected to create separate sections for the apartment strata lots and the townhouse lots and to clarify the management, governance and administration of the Strata Corporation and each Section as set out in revised by-laws.
